Leonhard Nima’s expertise builds on social business work experience in more than 15 countries, incl. Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, United States, Canada, Brazil, Bahrain, Turkey, Italy, Spain, etc. He also works as a moderator and speaker at international conferences, such as the Global Social Business Summit, One Young World & TEDx.


Moreover, he was an Adjunct Professor at the Master of Social Entrepreneurship at Hult International Business School in San Francisco and London. He held guest lectures at the University of Mannheim, Germany and the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, Italy.

Leonhard worked as Head of Academia at The Grameen Creative Lab founded by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus. Previously, he worked for the management consulting company Accenture and as a financial analyst for the international communication agency Avantgarde. He received his Diploma in Business and Economics from the Ruhr University of Bochum in Germany.
